Kala Capital Energy provides construction, modernization and rehabilitation services of hydro power plants.

Kala Capital —Real Estate Development
Kala Capital provides comprehensive real estate investment, acquisition and management services to capitalize on Georgia’s real estate boom. Our portfolio includes properties across the country with plans to develop them into high-rise residential, commercial, hotel and mixed-use complexes.
Kala Capital's main development is Arsenal City - a billion dollar, master planned community on 78 hectares that was once the site of a Soviet military camp. Located in the center of the Tbilisi, this "city within a city" will feature high-end residential, retail and commercial space, including 60,000 square meters of space for government offices, five-star hotel and convention facilities, schools, a state-of-the-art hospital, along with cultural and entertainment facilities. More than 20,000 people are expected to reside full-time in Arsenal City and more than 50,000 will commute daily to the area. Arsenal City is the largest real estate development project underway in Georgia. It is expected to raise the GDP of Georgia by 1%.

Kala Capital is providing its know-how and resources to build the infrastructure necessary to keep pace with Georgia’s growing economy. Through its company JSC Sakhydroenergomsheni or Sakhydro, Kala Capital is able to provide premier technical, management and other related services to develop, manage, engineer, build and operate major infrastructure projects in Georgia.
Sakhydro has constructed or rehabilitated nearly all of Georgia’s hydropower plants. Since the company’s inception in 1936, it has built rail and highway systems, office buildings, hotels, dams, bridges and numerous other civil infrastructures, as well as tunnels and mining projects throughout the country.
